Shorcom is lead by our sole Director and founder, Anthony Corin. We operate in an open-plan Henderson-based office, with team members spread across sectors:

PROJECTS

Project Managers manage and monitor all project documentation and scheduling to ensure project success. Project Managers are in constant communication with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and council authorities - giving frequent updates to their clients.

ACQUISITIONS

Acquisitions are land experts - seeking out optimal land for development, and processing lead opportunities. Using our carefully crafted formula, the acquisitions team calculate project potential, estimated costs, and the profit margin through a feasibility report.

DESIGN

Designers will investigate the site and produce a Bulk and Location design that adheres to district planning regulations. The concept design is prepared to show clients compliant layout options we propose can be built as well as their profitability.

ACCOUNTS

Accounts will manage the financial health and the budget of each Shorcom project, processing all invoices, making payments on-time, and managing all project purchase orders.
