Shorcom Ltd is a new and innovative concrete structure building company in New Zealand. Its founder most recently partnered on a six-storey concrete structure building, completed in March 2020.
Shorcom specialises in commercial construction for residential purposes. This means we build apartments and townhouses from steel reinforced concrete. We build with insulating concrete forms, which produces excellent building performance.
Shorcom understands that every project is unique. For this reason we work closely with the head contractor to identify key requirements and provide solutions for challenges.
Our efficient floor-to-floor cycle time saves time and cost, while maintaining high safety standards.
We are a highly innovative organisation and we are always measuring results and testing improvements to systems and processes.

Shorcom Ltd provides concrete construction and project management services in Auckland, New Zealand.
We have industry leading experience with multi-storey concrete construction using insulated concrete forms in Auckland.
Shorcom Ltd has the ability and expertise to manage projects up to 10,000 m2 per stage. Our experienced project managers and office personnel work with architects, engineers, council authorities to complete projects on time and on budget.
We perform multiple roles; from joint venture partner, to head contractor, to building superstructre only or providing project management expertise to a principal or head contractor.
