Our fit-out includes a nice kitchen, just like everyone else, but our difference is the philosophy applied to the whole build.
Very quiet
Our construction method targets a high level of sound insulation, to the extent that a band could be playing in the apartment next door and you would hardy hear it.
We target STC 60 (a very high level of sound insulation) with a minimum of 55+.
Fire barrier
Concrete walls provide more than three hours of fire barrier. This provides ample time for safe exit of the building through fire lobby's and stairs.
Low maintenance
